How to install a theme if there are no .jar files?

How to change theme in Idea if there are no .jar files? There are 2 folders in the theme archive: colors and options. They contain 2 files respectively: Zenburn (theme name) and colors.scheme.
I googled and didn't find any answers. HELP!

Just download the jar for your theme or build it .
