How to install a program from linux to windows?

I need to unlock an old Sony Ericsson k770i. Tried all programs except XS++ v4.1. But it exists only for LINUX, and I have Windows 10. What to do, how to install it on Windows, what to use, I ask for help, dear experts.

andLinux and coLinux are two projects that allow you to run Linux programs in Windows transparently, so you won't even see that it's not a Windows program.
UPDATE for posterity: until you are completely happy, you can also spend n time with pens and a file with cygwin ( https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cygwin) to get your own product of similar functionality but of an unknown degree of clumsiness, and also look at another portable project ubuntu remix: sourceforge.net/projects/portableubuntu
Personally, andLinux is convenient for me, where, with a little fiddling, you can run both gnome and desktop applications (both GTK and Qt!).

Flash drive + livecd, install the program and unlock it.

The easiest way is probably to boot from some live-cd thread.
