How to install a newer version of nginx-extras debian?

Some ancient version of nginx is installed - 1.6.
They also have newer versions - 1.10. I need https://packages.debian.org/sid/nginx-extras using lua in nginx. I tried to specify in /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://nginx.org/packages/debian/ jessie nginx
deb-src http://nginx.org/packages/debian/ jessie nginx

and in this case the latest version of nginx was installed, but without lua support. Here I was told that modules for lua support can be installed according to this instruction - https://www.nginx.com/modules/lua/ - but there is a nuance in the first paragraph: you need a key (nginx-repo.key and nginx-repo .crt), which, judging by the link here - https://cs.nginx.com/login?came_from=https://cs.ng... - is not free.
So how to install nginx-extras 1.10?

As far as I can see - lua is supported in nginx plus, which is not free, unlike nginx

Are you using backports? You really are. Connect backports and update.
