as it turned out in turnips only new versions of packages. In third-party turnips too. The most correct decision was to collect from source codes. the utility is called phpfarm, it downloads sources from the server and compiles, you can install many versions at the same time. Checked on centos 7.2 php 5.2.17 got up and worked perfectly.
