The PC has a sound card with analog audio input, as well as an external camera with a built-in microphone. If there is a Skype call or you need to record something, you have to go to the sound settings and select the webcam in the "audio input" section, then the camera turns on and the recording starts. In Skype, even when the camera is turned on, without these actions, they do not hear me.
