It happens when you install the configuration swears, but copies everything. So just see if the configurations are set.

I installed 1C Enterprise 8 (Trade Management 11.1.7) on a licensed Windows 8.1 flight is excellent. The installation went through the first time, although I expected pitfalls.
Most likely an error in the version of the software architecture, check whether you are installing the correct architecture.
