How to insert multiple blocks of social buttons?

Good day. Maybe someone has come across this issue. There is a block of social buttons on the site, which, according to the designer's intention, is large, the whole problem is that it simply does not fit on displays smaller than 500px and, accordingly, it needs to be adapted up to a 300px display. I use the Social Share Buttons for WordPress plugin . As I imagine the solution:
1. Find a plugin that allows you to create several social blocks. buttons independent from each other (design, location), create 2 of them, adapt them to the desired display, and use the bootstrap and the visible parameter to display and hide them on the displays I need.
2. use 2 different plugins and use the same bootstrap to hide them or show them at the right time.
Does anyone know a better solution? otherwise it’s very “clumsy” that it comes out somehow and it’s not convenient at all.

Take fully customizable buttons like: https://github.com/enjoyiacm/goodshare.js and style them however you like for any screen size.
And if you need it for some reason, you can also make the settings page in the admin panel.
