How to insert js/php code into Simpla CMS page?

There is a simple page created in the admin panel. You need to paste the code there, sometimes php, sometimes js. Not processed. In wp, this was solved by a plugin, there is no such thing here.
How can I insert code so that it is processed?

JS needs to be wrapped in {literal}...{/literal}
And PHP {php}...{php}, but Smarty needs to be allowed to use these tags, replace false with true
