How to insert ImageMagick command in Automator?

I want to make a service that will
resize > convert to .jpg > make progressive jpg
on right click on a file/files. How to do it? I'm trying to put a shell script into Automator,

but it gives an error

. Everything works without a script (it resizes and converts to jpg using Automator's built-in methods).
