How to insert an image that will go beyond the border of the block?

I am a beginner layout designer. Made on the basis of the template and bootstrap 3.

Problem:
In the block: "How does Yandex.Direct advertising work?", there is an image of a laptop with a grandfather and a goldfish.
In the psd template, my friend and I mistakenly crawled out of the container workspace.

How to make it so that the image is displayed as on the layout?

Same problem here. The picture goes beyond the border of the area i.e. runs over the text with a title and an explanation.

The simplest is to set negative margins, or position:absolute; relative to the work area.

1. What about if the picture is put as a block background? only this block and the top ones should be overflow: visible;
2. area shape="poly" not? By the way, under chrome, the plugin met to automatically create a shape, just point the area with the mouse
