How to insert a picture in an email in outlook?

In general, there is a new Outlook, it does not display pictures inserted as follows:

<img src="/images/rasilka/news1.png" width="800"  height="291" border="0" style="display:block;">

On other mailers everything is OK. Could there be a problem?

I figured it out, you just need to insert a link to the picture and turn on saving pictures in Outlook.
