How to insert a 3D model and attach it to WordPress?

Hello, dear visitors of this service.
I am weak on the front-end, as mostly a designer, but I am interested in the task and the complexity of its implementation, since an interesting order has appeared. I'm actually here and the designer and, in fact, the project manager, who must assess the complexity and what kind of specialists are needed.
I figured out the panorama, because I just found a plugin for Visual Composer on WP. But now you need to insert a 3D object on the main page (possibly as a viewer-shortcode through any pagebuilder, even paid or free, because it will be easier to change the location on the WP page in the future), with the ability to rotate it and insert hotspots on it, and in link hotspots and title, all via WordPress. So far there will be four 3D models, but they will need to be replaced somehow. There is another problem: where to do it and in what format? It doesn’t even fit in my head how to do all this, familiar progers deny when I tell them about 3D on WP, so before ordering from freelancers, I would like to gain knowledge in order to know how to formulate the task more correctly.
Thank you for your attention.

The 3D problem is not VP, but in principle the web and browsers and even the user's operating system.
For the browser to show "this" it is necessary for the browser to understand this. And how to build "it" into the engine - this is a second matter.
And "3D" is also different.
