How to index a file in elasticsearch?

Hello!
There are several files in *.txt format ranging in size from 1 GB to 10 GB. They need to find words and phrases. I decided to use elasticsearch, but I can't figure out how to use it. while reading the documentation. Maybe tell me the direction where to dig?
