How to increase window size in vim?

I used emacs for a couple of months, but then I realized that everything I liked was taken from vim.
How to make the behavior like in the picture?

That is, when switching to a split, it automatically increased, but not as with Ctrl+w_ Ctrl+w| (then the rest of the windows are not visible at all)
