How to increase website opening speed in India?

Comrades, there is a problem, we need to somehow speed up the opening of the site in India). Website traffic is oriented to the whole world.
The server is located in Russia. (Thinking of moving to Amsterdam or somewhere else abroad).
We used the following CDNs:
Amazon CloudFront
CacheFly
CDN77
MaxCDN.
So far, we have not been able to achieve good results. Maybe someone has already faced similar issues before? Are there any other suggestions that we can try to somehow resolve the issue?
