How to increase the performance of the Oracle database for 1s Workflow?
Good evening,
We moved to another HP server, patchsert 11.2.0.4 is installed on it and a base has been created for the functioning of 1s Workflow. So they realized it:
1) It turns out that the 1c platform is not recommended for this version, but only for 11.2.0.3
2) The performance of 1c Document Management has decreased so much that it makes no sense to implement it further
Please help:
Tell me in which direction to dig?
What options are possible?
Where can I see the differences between these versions?
Is it possible to set up a database for 1s with the current version?
A rollback to 11.2.0.3 will not work, since other databases on the same server are spinning (this is an exit on a day off, which will be difficult to justify).
Thanks in advance

You can try setting the Oracle optimizer version via OPTIMIZER_FEATURES_ENABLE

Put another ORACLE_HOME version 11.2.0.3 next to it and migrate to it without touching the rest of the bases. Here explained: Do two ORACLE_HOMEs on the same host?

This question is completely within the competence of 1C specialists. We are now arguing with another vendor all the time, but for obvious reasons, they have the final say. Any change in the settings will entail the removal of any responsibility from 1C technical support.
