Apache HTTP Server

How to increase the download speed from the site?

The problem is this - there are a couple of service file-cleaning servers from which I would like to give static content. Basicly configured ngnix - on one server and apache on the other - when simply starting the download from the site, they show a depressing 2 megabytes per second, and a direct download using the wget utility shows the expected 30 megabytes per second. The entire network is gigabit, the provider provides 300 megabits, the server is on the same network and is physically close to the test computer. For the test, downloading from Google Drive is started - the browser shows a download speed of 25 megabytes per second. After we start copying the file from the server via the SMB protocol, we see about 100-110 megabytes per second. We start downloading the same file from the same server, but through the browser and see 2 megabytes per second. Question: What am I doing wrong?
