How to include solr.NGramTokenizerFactory in schema.xml - SOLR 7?

Hello. I'm trying to include schema.xml in SOLR 7 according to this manual:

Everything seems to work, but after that I do full-import for core and solr stops searching. Even *:* doesn't return anything...
I needed to include schema.xml to use it for the field
<tokenizer class="solr.NGramTokenizerFactory"/>
But even without including it, the search breaks.
Tell me, please, where else to dig. Maybe you can enable grams for a certain field somehow without leaving the automatic scheme?

turn off autoscheme.
edit schema.xml as needed.
enable autoscheme.
profit.
