How to include config.xml in Quasar production build?

Good afternoon!
With the quasar build command, we get the production build in the dist folder. In principle, this is enough to build an .apk file through the PhoneGap builder. The problem is that each time you have to manually throw in config.xml there, at least in order to change the default naming of the application.
Questions: Is there a "correct" way in quasar? And how to do it?
Or collective farm a separate script in package.json, which will call quasar buildand after assembly throw config.xml into dist?
