The steps depend on your version of NetBeans.
If you have Netbeans 6.0.x, then this is done as follows:
1. Menu Tools -> Libraries
2. Next, click on New Library, enter a name. Click "OK". And then add the necessary jar nicknames using the "Add JAR / Folder" button.
3. Open your project. There, find the "folder" Libraries, right-click on it. A menu appears from which you need to select "Add Library". Next, choose your lib from the list.
