How to improve the visual display of the model?

Good afternoon, I added the display of 3D models to my program, but visually it looks much worse than, for example, in the Counter-Strike game. (Weapon model) I have a question, how to improve the visual display of the model? I know that they use normals, light reflection, but even if so, the model and its texture will still look ugly. There was another option with blurring the texture, but this does not lead to the desired result, but only worsens the situation.

Maybe for a start, show how it looks now and what do you want in the end?
To look decent you need:
1) Lighting
2) Self-shading
3) Bump map for small details
4) Specular and glossiness for reflections and its intensity.
5) MipMap to eliminate "sharpness" at a distance.
