How to improve download speed of QT Installer?

I live in Ukraine. When trying to install new components or update old ones, the download speed does not exceed 150-200 KB/s. Torrent is off, third-party applications too.

This is a known disease. Here you need to download an offline installer, some kind of multi-threaded rocking chair, for example, axel under Linux. You can download from here: https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.11/5.11.0/ .
Something like:

axel https://download.qt.io/archive/qt/5.11/5.11.0/qt-opensource-linux-x64-5.11.0.run

It's not about Ukraine, I live in Taganrog, but it can be updated for half a day. It seems to me that accounts with a free license just have a speed cut, that's all, but then again, I can't say for sure, this is just my guess.
