How to import whole news?

I want to import local online media articles via rss. But the catch is that some sites provide only an introductory part, and then the user needs to go to the source, following the link in the article. I'd like to bypass this somehow and download the entire article. How to do it? Joomla site, but for this I am ready to deploy another site with the appropriate functions and export my own rss from there
