How to import .wfw file into AD?

Good afternoon, it became necessary to view all the steering wheels and firewall policies, they sent a .wfw file, I found how this file can be imported in the interface of the firewall built into Windows, I showed in the screenshot if there is a way to open this file in Server Manager, or in Group Policy Management, or in some other way? There is almost no information about the .wfw extension on the Internet, or I did not find it

@Keffer

It is not imported via AD. You will have to manually configure group policy in AD for its further distribution. And yes, this firewall built into Windows is harmful in 99% of cases. Zero real benefit.
