How to import text from third-party resources into a bot?

There is a bot, the bot sends a random message when a button is pressed. I take the texts of these messages from posts in VK, but I don’t really want to drive in each one individually, especially when arranging paragraphs. Is it possible to somehow import the text through the link to the post so that it is displayed correctly?
