It turned out that everything is easier than I thought: Export -> Export as -> In the file format, set SVG. About half will be preserved, but in general, in Figma, almost everything looks the same

Not yet. There are all sorts of perverted ways like conference psd>ai>export svg>load in Figma, but this is for the most fearless. Maybe one day there will be a plugin, but so far I have not seen such.
