Of course, you can specify the paths to the pictures in the file, but these pictures are not yet on the server, and the paths are generated automatically (/upload/iblock/a02/a02f8c75a51637ad2ec2875426a9a926.jpg) to get everything hooked up.
Surely someone has solved this.
Manually filling in and prescribing is not an option for several thousand products.

files are uploaded to the upload/import/images folder - for example (files can be named by article numbers - or how they are called by you) in csv - (documented image column) path, or just the file name article.jpg (when importing, there is a general setting path to for pictures - specify /upload/import/images) If there are a lot of pictures to pack in zip and upload - you can use marketplace.1c-bitrix.ru/solutions/smanline.upload... And import.
