How to import messages from Yahoo! groups?

There are several Yahoo! Groups containing tens of thousands of messages. Correspondence is very useful, but looking for and viewing all this disgrace in the web interface is not enough for any nerves.
It would be very useful to receive all this mail correspondence to yourself locally. Is it possible and how?

According to this page confluence.atlassian.com/display/DISC/Importing+a+Yahoo+Group, the Yahoo2mbox utility (located at www.tt-solutions.com/en/Products/yahoo2mbox ) can extract Yahoo! Groups entries in mbox.
For example, the Claws Mail mail client imports / exports mbox-boxes and pulling out what you need is not difficult at all.
