How to import many wordpress posts to shared hosting?

Hello! There is a WP + Woocommerce site. Works on though and shared, but sensible. I did the initial filling (6 thousand products) on the locale, because the shared timeout after 1000 records falls, the limits. I import csv file via all wp import. And now we need to change all prices and change them periodically in the future. Driving the database back and forth is not an option.
Please let me know if there are any options? Maybe cron...
