How to import images of goods from an external source into Bitrix if Bitrix does not understand the path to images in the import csv file?

There is such a problem: we import goods into the store, while the addresses of images of some goods look like this: " https://cdn.megabitcomp.ru/fs/thumb/5d42bccbe8ea84... ". Bitrix, apparently, does not understand such a path to images and, accordingly, does not load them. How is it possible to solve this problem?
