How to import from 1C to MySQL DB?

Good day!
The question arose: How to import data from 1C to MySQL?
That is, so that every change in 1C is made in MySQL - Adding, Removing, Changing, and the like.
Thanks for your reply,
all the best!

Or see the concept of "data exchange" in 1C - it is universal, but in my opinion it is very global. Allows you to register changes and throw off in one file only the changes that have occurred since the previous exchange.
Or attach additional functionality to key operations in 1C (for example, through subscriptions, it is not necessary to distort the 1C code). It's simple enough. I don’t think that you really need “for each operation”, we are probably talking about no more than a dozen or two operations in 1C.
