How to import a row from Google Spreadsheets into a Google Form so that when the form is opened, a different question pops up each time?

I'm trying to mark up data for a dataset. For the convenience of the people who will mark up, I decided to use Google forms, but it is not clear how to make the Google form not have a constant question, but change from opening to opening. I want to import questions from a google table, but so that there is only one form, and the questions that drop out of it should be the number in the google table. Are there any extensions or what script to use?

We create, for example, a table, raise Google scripts on it.
Using the link to the macro, we make a selection of the necessary data, create a form based on them and send the user to this form when filling out
*Since the form will actually be one-time, it would be nice to hang a trigger for sending it - process the data, and delete the form form.
