How to implement Wishlist (PHPStorm)?

There was an idea that it would be extremely convenient to do the following with one key:
1 - switch to full screen mode
2 - expand an additional tab
Simultaneously. On the second keystroke - everything returns to the opposite, with the storage of the file that was in the second tab.

I understand, it’s chaotic, and “why all of a sudden”, but I hope that someone somewhere has at least seen something like that, or knows where to dig =)
