How to implement winner authentication in contest/lottery?

Good afternoon. There is a goal to draw a certain prize (possibly for several people) on the site. The base of winners will be formed according to the type: position, mail.
We are interested in options for how to verify the authenticity of the winner (so that the participants have no doubts that this is not a figurehead), but also so that it is not difficult for the participants to check (just press a couple of buttons and make sure authentic)?
