How to implement video consultations on WordPress + WooCommerce?

Good day!
There is an idea to create a service for providing medical consultations in the video chat format.
The principle of operation is as follows:
- the user went to the site, chose a doctor, chose the time (from the calendar), registered on the site, paid for the consultation.
- at the appointed time, the doctor and the patient enter their personal accounts on the site and conduct a video chat.
Please, poke your finger, how can this be done? Will it be possible to connect video chat to WP itself (maybe through some kind of service, but without additional registrations on the service).
