How to implement vertical scrolling at the end of the page?

Hello everyone,
I'm learning to make such sites, tell me now I use horizontal scrolling on the site, when the last slide in the code is page8, do I need vertical scrolling to appear?

I was distracted from such a thought, horizontally we have blocks to expand and make a scroll, upon reaching the last block, I do all the sotals display: none and add blocks under what we are now. It's all done in jquery.
