How to implement the installation of the same programs on several computers?

There is a small network of computers. You need to often install the same programs on them and fumble files. I know about existence of domains, AD. But you need access to computers without a network connection. How can this be implemented?

If there is a network, but you need without a network, then the answer is obvious - manually.
You can write a script that runs the installers in sequence in silent mode.
You can also fumble files manually or by screwing some script to transfer data.

As an option - we put everything on one and then spread it by cloning the hard
