How to implement the functionality as quickly as possible?

Hello, there is such a site-page it is on wordpress. The task is to make a site with the same functionality as quickly as possible, i.e. directory with options and a normal gallery. I looked at wordpress itself, but I didn’t find anything special about the plugins there (on the site), apparently the functionality was implemented by the template, I also looked in the direction of the wiki, but not that.

Create a custom page type, hook up ACF PRO and add logic in a couple of evenings. There is still one evening left for layout and the site is ready.
