How to implement text insertion through hotkeys?

Hi all. Guys, please tell me a program for poppy that will insert large pieces of text with hot keys.
For example, I have 5 large pieces of text, I need to paste them periodically, I'm tired of constantly copying them to the clipboard, I want to assign a certain text to the hot key, and by pressing this key so that it is inserted.
The logic is quite suitable, we take the text, paste it into a variable, copy it to the buffer. But I can't implement it via Apple Script. Either I'm not good at searching, or there are too many "tips for the best use of os x" on the net

Found the solution myself. The Typinator program ( www.ergonis.com/products/typinator/)
In principle, there are almost no complaints about it, it more than performs all the declared functions.

On a poppy, I don’t know, but if it’s useful, then on Windows I do it through Yandex’s punto switcher.
