How to implement such a site?

Hello!
You need to create a site with cards to study something. There should be folders in which there will be modules with cards. On the front side of the card is a question, on the back is the answer that appears when you click on the card. After the answer, you choose the correct answer or not. The site should have spaced repetitions and registration. This is the main functionality.
How do we start to implement this, what to read to do?

It is done elementary even on WordPress. The question sounds more like "do it, otherwise I don't know how" :)
