How to implement such a map?

Good afternoon, there is a map on which there are many labels of different categories. All tags are immediately visible, when you click on a category on the right, only the tags corresponding to it remain.
How can this be implemented?
I think to take the map API Google. Many different hidden maps and icons on the right to use as tabs and show hide resp. map.
But this will probably be a big load on the client. Thanks in advance!

Take and implement on the Google Maps API or Yandex.
When changing the category, change the visibility of each of the marker.setVisible() tags , depending on the type. Everything is done on one card, of course.
