How to implement such a design?

Welcome all.

I am creating a program that would merge two files into one. I would like bytes to be written into one array from the paths that will be in two textBoxes (files along these paths). And then we would have to compile one single .exe file. I would ask you for help, because I wanted to do such a thing for a very long time, but it did not work out.

Just for the sake of learning.
