How to implement shift in ListView item?

Good afternoon dear habravchane. Tell me, with the help of which elements you can implement the following action in the LisView element.
LJNpz.jpg
There is a main layer that occupies the entire plate (fill_parent) and a layer with controls (wrap_content), when you swipe on the main layer, it moves off, but not completely, while the control element becomes visible. It was not possible to implement using ViewFlipper, because it shifts the layer completely. Probably due to the weekly dullness. Thanks for the help.

Install it, find what you need, use it. If this particular application does not have what you are looking for, then in my memory there is another one (moreover, from a Russian developer), which exactly uses a library that repeats the functionality you described.

in my opinion, you need a Navigation Draver
, it is in the HoloEwerywhere library and SlidingMenu . Well, of course you can do it yourself. For example like here or here
