How to implement query analysis?

How would you recommend to implement search query analysis?
At the moment I think to work according to the following principle:
Line: "Restaurants with billiards"
Restaurants - noun, therefore - the subject of the search
C - preposition, indicates that the parameter for filtering
comes next Billiards - parameter for filtering
But I think that you can come up with something better than just working from parts of speech and query model building.
Errors are detected as follows:
If the word is not in the dictionary, it is sorted character by character and compared with the dictionary, after which the system "remembers" this typo.
It also remembers query models (such as "exist. offer. adj. parameter", "exist. offer. parameter"

no on-the-fly analysis is done for speed, only comparison with vector
