How to implement "print presets" to a PDF file?!?

the essence of the root problem here: www.habrahabr.ru/qa/2373/
the third answer about print presets was the most useful. here is the link: habrahabr.ru/qa/2373/#answer_9737
the pdf generation library we use does not support the functionality we need.
Here is this library: www.tufat.com/s_html2ps_html2pdf.htm
There are several simple options for solving this problem:
1. find another library that can add the required parameters to the file.
2. we finalize the www.tufat.com/html2ps.php library so that it is possible to add "print presets"
3. we learn to embed the preset settings of the print dialog "print presets" into any existing PDF document
I will be grateful for recommendations.

No special marks in the pdf document will force the printer to change its (global) print settings.
I suggest that you arrange documents correctly so that the printer does not try to scale the document so that all elements fit into the printable area.
