How to implement offline speech recognition in Python?
I have a few questions, answering which will allow me to create speech recognition:
1. How to record audio from a microphone to a wav file?
2. How to compare a stream from a microphone with templates in the form of phonemes / syllables / etc. recorded in an audio file.
