How to implement multiple sites on Laravel 5+?

Hello.
There is a site on Laravel 5+. Users can create a profile and each profile has its own subdomain ( user1 .site.com, user2 .site.com, etc.). The functionality is the same, but the data on each site is different. Is it possible to implement this on Laravel 5+?
