How to implement multi-user access to a QGIS project?

Greetings. Does anyone have hands-on experience implementing multi-user access to a QGIS project? Tell me how this can be done. Thanks in advance

The QGIS project itself is just a description of which layers to open and how to color them. There is no need for multi-user access, once set up and distributed to everyone.
And multi-user access is needed to the data, and for this they need to be placed in a database, PostGIS for example.
