How to implement mandatory comments in DLE?

Good day dear users.
Need help. I created an internal closed news portal for employees of my company on the DLE 13 engine. The point is, I periodically add news for employees, they must read the news and leave a comment, but since there is a lot of news, some employees skip this or that news. What is my question. Is there a module/hack for mandatory news commenting?
For example: an employee logs in under his account, and he displays a list of news that he has not commented on yet.
Is it realistic to do it?

There is such a vryatli module, do you need a person to leave comments or just get acquainted with the news and confirm this? then it may be easier to implement it through the checkbox under the news, and with an additional module. and then you can display in some block what the user watched and what not.
as I see it
under the news, a checkbox with sending to an additional database in which the id of the record, the id of the user, the id of the news that he confirmed that he watched
