How to implement keyword spotting on node.js offline?

Here Yandex recently released Yandex.Station. She, like Alexa, HomePod, etc, is activated by the keyword "Alice".
The Yandex review says that this keyword is recognized offline, for which the neural network is responsible.
How can this functionality be implemented in node.js? Which library is better to use: TensorFlow.js, Synaptic or something else?
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there an example? Or at least a good manual?
